PyMood BLAST Output Files for the PyMood Pipeline

PyMood only uses files with extension .annotation, .matrix and .*blast* for visualization. The exact extension of .*blast* files will correspond to the type of BLAST performed. Generally, for data visualization with PyMood, you will not need to open these files. The .annotation and .matrix files are tab delimited text files. The BLAST output files, .*blast* are text files.
